And while some sellers hear that and assume the market is slow, the reality is that this is actually much closer to historical norms — especially compared to the unusually aggressive pandemic-era market where homes sold almost instantly.

And the homes that are priced correctly, properly prepared, and marketed effectively are still moving very quickly throughout Philadelphia, the Main Line, Bucks County, Montgomery County, Cherry Hill, Marlton, Haddonfield, Moorestown, Ocean City, Avalon, Sea Isle City, and many other South Jersey and Jersey Shore communities.
